MANDATORY & VERY IMPORTANT: If you plan to use items tagged from a previous sale, you MUST print 'Sorting Stickers' off the Kids Exchange site and place them over the old sort # (or blank right corner).

Tags printed from the Kids Exchange website will automatically have your 'sale specific' Sorting Number on the bottom right corner. If you are using an old tag without a sorting number on the bottom right corner or if you choose to use a tag will an old sorting number, you must "Print Sorting Stickers" and place the sticker with your sorting number for the upcoming sale on the bottom right hand corner. If this is not done properly, your items will not be sorting into your seller number and will not be available for pick up. It is the Seller's responsibility to make sure the correct sorting number is used each sale. Sorting numbers will change every sale and the appropriate sale date will be printed below the sorting number. This ONLY applies to items tagged with colored card stock. Items tagged with WHITE card stock (and therefore marked to go to charity if unsold) do not need a sorting number. If a white tag has an old sorting number - it is 'OK' to leave 'as - is'. We will not be looking at sorting numbers on white tagged items.

You will see an option to "Print Sorting Stickers" just below your option to "Print Tags" on the Sell Page of the website. When you print your sorting stickers, will notice that the sorting number is printed on the far left side of the sticker. Please place the writing on the bottom right hand corner of your tag and wrap the blank area of the tag around to the back of your tag. Only 3/4 " of the label should be on the front of your tag - and 1" wrapped around the back.

In order to print stickers, you will purchase Avery Label sheets from Stapels. You will print your 'Sorting Stickers' on return address labels. These are available at any office store or Walmart. You will purchase name brand: Avery #5267 or #5167 labels (or any namebrand that list this Avery number as comparable.) Stapels model # is SIWJ090. Stapels price is $8.99 per 2000 labels, making the price per tag only .0045 cents each. Many Sellers will find this cost worth not retagging unsold items from sale to sale.
